Being an athlete requires dedication to your craft on all levels, while also maintaining a high level of responsibility for other factors in your life such as family, education and hobbies. Coach Tom grew up an athlete and still uses those foundations from his youth to benefit his every day life, no matter how busy it gets. Coach Tom has three children, including two son's who play football and baseball, and is a coach of both of their teams. Through his personal experience as an athlete, as a youth athletic coach, and certifications in Personal Training, Youth Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, USA Football and Human Kinetics, the Spearpoint mission is to help develop youth athletes and become leaders of tomorrow.

The Warrior Way program is individualized and age appropriate to help develop a strong foundation of athletic fitness and nutrition to keep athletes strong, prevent injuries and encouraging further athletic development, while also maintaining a focus on other important aspects of life.
