Coach Tom knows where you're coming from! Coach Tom is a former student-athlete in football and track, has achieved both a bachelors and masters degree, is currently working on his Juris Doctorate, works 50+ hours a week as a police sergeant and has a wife and three children. In addition, Coach Tom is a youth football coach and youth baseball coach and has been assigned to the SWAT Team since 2018. Coach Tom uses his experience as a husband, father, athlete and well-recognized police officer in conjunction with current fitness and nutrition programming backed by modern science to help you meet your goals.
