The first step is to complete an intake form to identify your current abilities, performance goals and sport/activity specifications. Whether you have access to a full fitness center, a home gym or some resistance bands in your basement, your fitness training program will be customized and individualized to you. These training programs are designed so you can have the flexibility to train on your own time, without the constraints of someone else's schedule. Athlete training programs include strength, conditioning, sport-specific training and sports nutrition guidance, as well as 1-on-1 coaching to monitor progress, answer questions, provide feedback and make recommendations to increase your performance and crush your goals.
The Spearpoint programs are meant for everyone from student-athletes to the every day parent looking to stay in shape.
Athletic Performance - Designed for athletes who are looking to increase their performance on the field, ice or court.
Individual Programs - Designed for anyone, of any age, who wants to look, feel and perform better at every aspect of life.
Tactical Performance - Designed for police, fire, EMS and military personnel, or those looking to enter the field(s).
Athletic Team Programs - Designed for strength and conditioning training programs for youth, middle school and high school athletic teams.
Since the programs are done entirely online, 1-on-1 coaching means that your program will be completely individualized and tailored to help you not just meet your goals, but completely crush them. Depending on the program you choose, you will have access to not only the fitness plan, but weekly check-ins, coaching feedback and recommendations to help you on our journey.
Coaching check-ins and feedback include a personal touch to monitor your progress, address any concerns, answer questions and make adjustments to your plan, as needed. Changes to your goals or adjustments to your plan can be made at any time during your check-in.
The amount of feedback you receive is specified by the specific plan you choose. Individual and customized training plans do not include coaching check-ins or feedback; however, coaching sessions can be added for $80 each. Monthly and yearly memberships include varying levels of check-ins and feedback, depending on the membership plan.
At this time, in-person training is not available as part of any of the fitness plans. This is part of the roadmap for future expansion of Spearpoint. If you are struggling to meet your goals, lack motivation to get to the gym or finish a workout, let us know so we can help!
